Great initial customer care, however when I exercised my right to return the shutters came down. Now issuing a 14 day letter which Jay lead to county court action. Would avoid this seller.

However, we still offered to accept the return and emailed twice to follow up but didn’t hear back. Eventually, when you responded to our emails we were pleased to process your return and issue a full refund once the goods were received.
I’ve since tried to contact you to kindly ask if you could update your 1-star review to reflect the resolution of this matter, but sadly I haven’t received a response.
